  Eligibility
  After you have completed one year of service and reached age 21 you are eligible to participant in the Plan.
 
 

The maximum employee contribution that can be made on a pre-tax basis to the IBU 401(k) Plan is limited annually. Below are the contribution limits for 2006 and beyond:

2006 $15,000
2007 $15,500
2008 $15,500

Additionally, certain individuals aged 50 and over can now make 'catch-up' contributions. These 'catch-up' contributions are in addition to the above limits. Below are the 'catch- up' contribution limits for 2006 and beyond:

2006 $5,000
2007 $5,000
2008 $5,000

  Loans
 

Participant loans are available to active participants only. If you would like to apply for a loan contact Principal Financial Group at www.principal.com or you may speak with a Principal Retirement Specialist by calling 800/547-7754.

Retirement Specialists are available Monday through Friday, 7 A.M. to 9 P.M., and Saturday, 8 A.M. to 2 P.M. (central time.) Once you have established your loan, you are able to view your loan balance on line.
